Information submitted through booking or related functions may be transferred to and stored within Phorest so that we can manage enquiries, appointments, patient/client records, communications and marketing preferences.

Podium – used for telecommunications and communications, including certain website messaging, SMS and telephone functions. Information you provide through these communication channels may be processed through Podium so our team can receive and respond to your enquiry.

These providers process information in accordance with their respective privacy policies and service arrangements. Depending on the provider and service being used, information may be processed or stored outside Australia.
