Avoid washing hair for 24 hours, unless advised otherwise
Avoid harsh hair products for several days, including:
Medicated shampoos
Strong exfoliating scalp treatments
Do not massage the scalp unless instructed by your clinician
Heat & Environmental Exposure
Avoid excessive heat for 24–48 hours, including:
Saunas
Steam rooms
Hot showers directly on the scalp
Avoid excessive sun exposure to the scalp during early healing
Pain Relief
Paracetamol may be taken if required, as directed by your clinician
Avoid anti-inflammatory medications unless advised, as these may interfere with PRP’s inflammatory healing response

Progress is assessed approximately 8 weeks after the third treatment
Additional treatments or maintenance sessions may be recommended
